High-Speed Automatic Silkscreen Printing System
We can offer up to 5 colors silkscreen printing. This process is derived from the principle of stenciling. Silkscreen Printing employs a direct printing process using a porous printing form-- the screen. Ink passes through the pores of the screen and is deposited on the tube. Screen print, a thicker layer of ink, improves the ink opacity on a natural, translucent color or colored sidewall. |

6 Color Offset Printing Drying System
Dry offset is the industry's standard form of indirect printing, used to apply your design onto a performed tube. Plates with relief markings first apply the printing ink onto a blanket which then deposits that ink onto the tube. The offset process is recommended for white or light colored sidewalls. Our Offset Printing System can satisfy up to six colors printing. |

Hot Stamping System
This process gives a luxury finish to the package. Hot stamping is a thermal transfer technique for extremely fine gold, silver colored or holographic foils. |

Pressure Sensitive Labeling System
Wrap labeling is preferred over spot labeling. Please allow 5% additional labels for wrap label scrap. Please allow 10% additional labels for spot labeling. Tubes with diameters under 35mm are strongly recommended full wrap labeling. Labels should be applied over gloss coating for superior barrier and label adhesion results. |
